The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from kb-sportsfishing.com

The terms and conditions apply in cases where no other written agreement has been entered into between you as the buyer and kb-sportsfishing.com

1. Orders and prices:
Everyone can buy products at kb-sportsfishing.com both private, business customers and institutions.
at https://kb-sportsfishing.com you can only order products from our website for delivery at your address or for pickup from our store.
 
Delivery in Denmark:
All prices include 25% VAT and other taxes and standard in Danish kroner DKK (other currencies can be selected on the website).
 
Delivery in other EU countries:
All taxes of VAT and any other taxes in the country of the destination are included in the shopping cart before check out.
 
Delivery outside the EU:
For customers outside the EU, Duties and taxes are not included the price. Customers must here themselves pay the duties and tax charges to the local authorities from their country.

Note:
Orders can only be made into the webshop, where you also can see the stock status on each product.
We cannot process orders made by phone, fax, post or mail.
 
2. How to shop with us:
To make a purchase at kb-sportsfishing.com you need to go through 7 steps
 
            1. Find the item (s) you want and put them in the basket, then go to the check out.
            2. Create an account or buy as a guest
            3. Enter your personal information
            4. Choose delivery method
            5. Choose payment method
            6. Agree to our Terms & Conditions
            7. Check that all information is correct and confirm your order
 
3. Payment:
At KB-Sportsfishing.com you can pay with:
 
 
Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Mobilepay, Paypal, Viabill
KB-Sportsfishing uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol.
This means that the information is sent directly to the encrypted connection and it is only PBS/Nets who have access to those information.
KB-Sportsfishing has at no time access to your given card information.
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have no deductible in case your card is abused in an internet store that uses
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Banks and card issuers are very strict and you must use the exact name of the card (including title) with 100% accuracy.
 
Attention: When you pay online at kb-sportsfishing.com and all other Danish webshops, you must approve your purchase with e.g. NemID.
Unfortunately, it is ONLY via the NemID App on the phone that you can approve a purchase, as well as via 3D Secure, where an SMS is sent.

Payment by international credit card is possible via PayPal and is associated with a percentage fee, which covers the expense associated with these international credit cards.
 
The amount will only be raised on your card when the item is shipped and no larger amount can be taken/deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
 
Note: For pre-order items and custom made items. The amount will be taken/deducted immediately and no larger amount can be taken/deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
 
Mobilepay:
With MobilePay you are protected in the same way as when you pay by card. You will therefore always be able to get help and guidance from us or the bank that issued your card.
 
Data is protected:
Your payment information is protected within MobilePay, so you avoid having to enter your card information directly into the browser. It reduces the risk of your information being lost by unwanted software or by someone looking over your shoulder
 
Pay easy:
With MobilePay you approve an online payment as easily as when you transfer money to your friends - you approve the payment with a swipe. You can also have multiple payment cards in the app, which you can then choose from before you pay.

Bank transfer:
With this form of payment, your order will be processed immediately after we have received your payment.
In most cases, we will only be able to see the transfer on the second business working day after the transfer it been made.
Remember: To provide ( Invoice / order no ) In text to the recipient field at the transfer.

Please note that we do not bear any costs of such bank transfer. Ask your bank for the costs of a transfer abroad first if you are not sure.
 
By bank transfer you are not protected by the guarantee for secure online shopping.

4. Order confirmation:
All orders are automatically confirmed (by e-mail), and you will receive a message by e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours if there are problems with delivery (backorder / sold out items). You can always follow your order status by following the link provided in your order confirmation or by entering your member account.
 
5. Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer you have 14 days' right of withdrawal according to the law
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually,
the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.
 
If the order consists of several lots or parts,
the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last item, or the last part.
The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase.

Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more item, even if they are purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
 
Note!
If the item is not picked up or refused, the item will be returned to our address.
The cost of the return shipment and any re-shipment of the goods will be imposed on you.
 
There is no right of withdrawal for companies and institutions.
 
Return:
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay the direct costs of returning the item back to us.
When returning back the item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item are properly packed.
You have the responsibility and risk from the time of delivery of the goods.
 
The item's condition when you return it:
You will only be responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the type of the item,
characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but not take it into real use.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used,
which means that when you undo the purchase you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this will result in an impairment of the product.
 
Item´s that is exempted from the right of withdrawal:
If the packaging/sealing is broken on "natural bait" such as Feed, boilies, fragrances, Powerbait etc. Unfortunately we cannot receive the return.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving us notice and bring it in person at the above address against prior agreement.
 
We do not receive or accept any parcels without delivery or packets sent as receiver pays.
 
Refund of the purchase amount:
The amount will be repaid to the consumer within 30 days in accordance of the consumer contract law paragraph §12c.
 
6. Warranty:
The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules may apply to item purchases.
When you shop at KB-Sportsfishing as a consumer, you have 24 months warranty.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complain is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item.
If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will repay your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging,
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of where and what the error is and possibly how it occured.

The complaint can only be claimed by enclose the invoice to the product. Your invoice is your proof that the item was purchased from us.
In case you need a refund, please provide your bank details ( Reg no and account no).
When you send the item back please remember to get a receipt for shipment cost so that we can repay your reasonable shipping costs.

When buying outside Denmark, the buyer must cover all shipping costs in connection with a complaint.
 
Business customers and B2B: Complaints and deficiencies:
By delivery, the buyer must immediately make such an examination of the items as proper business use requires
If the buyer wish to complain a defect, the buyer must immediately notify the seller.
If the buyer has discovered, or should have discovered, the defect and does not complain as stated, the buyer can not later complain the defect.
The seller may freely choose to remedy the defect or to make a new delivery.
If the seller so requests, immediately after the complaint, the buyer must, at the buyer's expense and risk, return the allegedly defective item to the seller.
Seller reserves the right to receive only the allegedly defective part. Complaints about defects and breakages caused in business contexts are not accepted.
 
Intellectual property rights:
Any delivery of products is done with respect to the intellectual property rights of the concerned manufacturers , and the seller is in no way responsible for any acts of the buyer in violation of these rights.
 
7.Ownership:
The Seller reserves the ownership of the delivered items until the entire purchase price, including delivery costs and any interest and costs have been paid in full.
The buyer undertakes to keep the delivery insured and damage-free until the entire purchase price has been paid.
 
8.Complaints:
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us on email:
info@kb-sportsfishing.com  We respond to emails within 24 hours on weekdays.
If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the area if the conditions are met.
